TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
Comprising of carefully machined & balanced cast iron wheel & the steel spindle is supported on ball bearing in a strong iron bracket. A pointer is fixed to one of the bracket. Diametric hole is drilled in the shaft to take a pin & cord. The base is provided with holes so that the apparatus can be fixed to walls. Compete with cord & hooks.
