• To Study the Jeep In Cut Section.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :

The model will be made of full size original used car chassis consisting of the four-stroke three-cylinder petrol engine. The cut section model will be constructed such that the following systems can be demonstrated in working conditions.
ENGINE: Maximum parts and accessories of an engine like three of the cylinder, cylinder head, Inlet and Exhaust manifolds, Carburator, Distributor, self-starter, Dynamo, Water pump, Radiator, etc, are sectioned to show the internal constructional details.This complete sectioned model is coupled with 1/4 HP220/230V A.C single phase Motor through a Reduction drive unit. So that the different mechanisms can be demonstrated as the model is running at a very low speed (about 15to20rpm).
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM: It will consist of Clutch and gearbox assembly, the casing of which is suitably cut to demonstrate its operation. The Hydraulic circuit from the pedal to the Clutch is active and will help to demonstrate the response of hydraulic systems. The gearbox will be coupled to Differential gear box with an axle and the different coupling used for this transmission can be demonstrated. The Differential gear box is also cut so as to clearly to demonstrate its complete operating principle.
FUEL SYSTEM:The Fuel tank will be cut to expose the mounting of the level sensor and the position of Fuel section. The system will have a mechanical Fuel pump.
EXHAUST SYSTEM: Will have Exhaust Manifold and silencer incut section to explain internal construction.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM: Will show engine Lubrication system alongwith the Lubrication oil pump.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM:This will explain both the Hydraulic Suspension systems at the front and the leafspring Suspension at the Rear. One of thehydraulic arrangements of Suspensionmechanism has to be highlighted (with Shock absorbers) and explained cut sectionally.
BRAKING SYSTEM:This Hydraulic circuit of the Hydraulic Braking mechanism will be operational.
STEARING MECHANISM:This will include Steering wheel, Steering gear and coupling at the wheels.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Will be provided with Sectionised battery& terminals to connect another workingbattery to show the working of the individualparts and accessories such as a SectionisedSelf starter, Dynamo, Wiper Motor, Cut-out,Distributor, Horn relay, etc., and working ofhead light Brake light, side indicator, Horn,parking lights, spark in spark plugs, etc
