- To Study the Cooling system of automobile engine.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The model will be made of full size original used Three wheeler chassis consisting of the four-stroke Single cylinder petrol engine. The cut section model will be constructed such that the following systems can be demonstrated in working conditions.
ENGINE:Maximum parts and accessories of an engine is sectioned to show the internal constructional details.
TRANSMISSION SYSTEM: It will consist of Clutch and gearbox assembly, the casing of which is suitably cut to demonstrate its operation.
FUEL SYSTEM:The Fuel tank will be cut to expose the mounting of the level sensor and the position of Fuel section. The system will have a mechanical Fuel pump.
EXHAUST SYSTEM: Will have Exhaust Manifold and silencer incut section to explain internal construction.
LUBRICATION SYSTEM: Will show engine Lubrication system alongwith the Lubrication oil pump.
SUSPENSION SYSTEM: This will explain both the Hydraulic Suspension systems at the front and the leafspring Suspension at the Rear. One of thehydraulic arrangements of Suspensionmechanism has to be highlighted (with Shock absorbers) and explained cut sectionally.
BRAKING SYSTEM: This Hydraulic circuit of the Hydraulic Braking mechanism will be operational.
STEARING MECHANISM: This will include Steering, Steering gear and coupling
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: Will be provided with Sectionised battery& terminals to connect another workingbattery to show the working of the individualparts and accessories such as a Sectionised Self starter, Dynamo, Wiper Motor, Cut-out,, etc., and working ofhead light Brake light, side indicator, Horn,, spark in spark plugs, etc
