TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
Horizontal bench pattern. The wheel moving on ball bearing is provided with a chuck to hold the rod under test. The other end of the rod is clamed tightly to a bracket. The pointers and scales are graduated in single degree and can be clamped at any position. Complete with ribbon, hook and rods of steel and brass, but without weights.
