TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
For determining the supporting strength of soil and aggregate mixtures which pass the 2mm and do not contain more than 10% sand size material. The salient features of this apparatus are:- The moulds used in this test are very small hence very smaller samples are required which is a great advantage when a large number of testes have to be carried out with alimited quality of soil available. Also when large quantities of soil are available fresh samples can be used for each test.
