The laboratory pulveriser is a disc type grinder designed for grainding virtually any material to produce a fine mesh sample in one operation. The pulveriser is for used in analysis offices metallurgical aggrate, querry. Chemical & Industrial Laboratories.

EXPERIMENTAL SETUP :
It is self contained grinder, furnaced with rotating disk having a plnetry movement in a vertical plane. This future gives added life to the wearing parts & delivers a product of uniform fineness. The pulveriser will reduce a one pound sample of quartz type material to 100 mesh or above in one minute. Maximum Feed Size ¼”.
Grinding is done between two disks, one of which is stationary & other is revolving eccentrically at high speed. The apparatus is supplied with a heat treated disk 7” in dia. Adjustment for size of product may be made by use convinient hand wheel when machine is in operation or is at rest. A self locking device holds the hinged grinding chamber for removel of ground samples & for clearing. The pulveriser is supplied with a 3 phase motor V-Belt drive. Start/spot switch working 440 V three phase AC.
