DESCRIPTION :
The ribbon blender is a effective powder mixer, in gererally,it’s suitable for viscous or cohesive particulates, liquid and pasty materials.

EXPERIMENTAL SETUP :
The U shaped through is fabricated out of M.S. Plates and provide with an acrylic / M.S. cover. The through carried a central shaft provided with ribbens with fins. The clearance between the shell & ribbon is such that the mixing is very efficient. One end of the of the shaft is connected to drive motor. Through a reduction speed gear box which gives speed 33 RPM. The discharge cute with side valves, foundation bolts will be provided.
