Kneading is the method of mixing used with determinable or plastic solids. It involves squashing the mass flat, folding it over on itself, & squashing it one more.

EXPERIMENTAL SETUP :
The commonly used design of mixing blade is the sigma blade. It is used for general purpose of kneading. Fabricated out of IS 266 quality M.S. plates with two numbers of sigma blades with suffing boxes &there assemble. There motor is connected to the gears through a suitable reduction gear box. Hand operated tilting arrangement will be provided.
