- 3 wire gauge unit for measurement of pitch diameter of external threads by using three wire method.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The set consist of two holders. One holder with 1 pin gauge & other with 2 pins gauges. Wires are hardened ground lapped. Freely floating in holder for proper positioning and contact with threads during measurement. Manufacturing tolerance of pin gauge ± 0.5 urn. Cylindricity of wire within 1 um. Suitable for 6.35, 6.50 & 8.00 spindle diameter of micrometer.
