TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
This system is used for testing flatness of various Work Pieces, Oil Seals, Slip Gauges, Vernier, Micrometer Anvils, Snap Gauges. The housing is fabricated with sheet metal and duly powder coated. Light source 35 watts low pressure sodium vapor bulb. Suitable transformer is provided and Diffuser is made of Milky white acrylic sheet to get uniform intensity. Testing box, optical flats checking system. This checks the accuracy of the optical flats to the level of l/10. Comes with photo measuring microscope of range 0-200mm. This instrument is designed for measurement of distances of spectral lines very accurately for determination of wave length.
