- To Study the closed loop Computerized Pressure control system with suitable software.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The system comprises of Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve , Pressure transmitter, I/P Convertor , ADC and DAC card , air filter regulator. A Labview / Scada software is used for the data acquisition , analysis and controlling. The I/P convertor controls the flow of air to Pneumatic actuated diaphragm control valve which ultimately controls the flow of air through the valve which maintains the pressure in vessel. A suitable capacity compressor is provided The whole setup mounted on sturdy iron frame , powder coated with good color combination.
