- To Calculate the Velocity of flowing fluid though the pipe.
- To calculate the coefficient of pitot tube.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The experimental unit consist of pitot tube inserted in the pipe. a water sump tank with self-priming monoblock centrifugal pump. The flow of water can be controlled by a valve.. A measuring tank is provided for measurement of discharge of water through the Section. The Differential Pressure across the pitot tube is measured by using U tube Manometer. This system is complete closed circuit type and easy to move due to wheels.
