- To Calculate the friction losses through the pipes of different Material of Construction.
TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
The experimental unit consist of three different materials of construction pipes a water sump tank with self-priming monoblock centrifugal pump. The flow of water can be controlled by a valve. A measuring tank is provided for measurement of discharge of water through the Section. The frictional loss along the length of pipe is measured by using UTube Manometer. This system is complete closed circuit type and easy to move due to wheels.
