TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
This apparatus consists of wooden board made of wood & fixed within a wooden slotted frame of overall size 75 x 70 cm 4 friction less pulleys are adjustable in the slots of frame & frame is provided with suitable arrangement for fixing it to a wall. The unit is complete with 4 hangers & 16 iron nickelled slotted weights of 50 gm each.
