TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :

A well balanced, machined aluminum disc rotating smoothly at about its axis can be clamped on a tripod stand in vertical plane. The disc moves on ball bearing & has number of holes. Two pins carrying scale pans can be inserted into the holes at any desired position. Complete with horizontal graduated glass scale, plum line.
