TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :
It consists of a metallic pulley of 30 cm dia. With two grooves one for rope & other for belt. At back a circular sturdy wooden disc graduated at 10 degrees intervals is provided. A rotating pulley is fixed at the circumferences of the scale. Complete with one belt & rope the whole apparatus is mounted on a heavy vertical stand without weight.
