TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION :

Consists of cast iron truly machined wheel of above 45 cm dia. With a groove. The steel axel is mounted on ball bearings to minimize friction & assembled on a sturdy wooden frame. Provided with an extension balance. Rope & a set of slotted weights & hanger.
